Abstract

El siguiente trabajo nace del emprendimiento de un ama de casa, la señora Blanca Lizarazo, quien vive en el municipio de Soacha, trabajó durante dieciséis años en una fábrica de costura, luego decide iniciar un proyecto personal independiente de confección de pijamas. La señora Lizarazo es madre de uno de los emprendedores del presente trabajo de grado, quien con los conocimientos académicos y en conjunto con un equipo de dos estudiantes de las Maestrías en Administración y en Mercadeo Digital deciden crear una línea de negocio basada en ventas a través de un modelo de comercio electrónico utilizando la herramienta social-commerce, con la cual se impulsan las ventas por redes sociales y plataforma web. Como cliente objetivo se contempla la población femenina en modelos customizados, los cuales se pueden diseñar –de manera individual en color, tipo de tela y medidas– desde la comodidad de la casa por medio de un comercio digital interactivo. Así mismo se busca atraer otros nichos de mercado, proponiendo diferenciadores que motiven al cliente al uso de pijamas, en las líneas infantil, masculina, especializada con prendas de control de peso o de compresión para apoyo en el tratamiento de enfermedades –como la vena várice–, e incluso como nueva estrategia de ventas al por mayor en pequeños almacenes de pijamas. Estas ventas también se promocionarán en el comercio electrónico. Este modelo se propone con satélites y trabajo en casa, para evitar los costos administrativos en instalaciones, con un aporte social incluyente para madres y padres cabezas de familia. De acuerdo con el comportamiento del mercado, la nueva normalidad del poscovid-19 y el del comercio electrónico, se espera contar con un equipo dinámico e innovador que evolucione y responda al crecimiento del sector.

The following work was born from the undertaking of a housewife, Mrs. Blanca Lizarazo, who lives in the municipality of Soacha, who worked for sixteen years in a sewing factory and decides to start an independent personal project of making pajamas, Mrs. Lizarazo is the mother of one of the entrepreneurs of the present degree project, with the academic knowledge acquired, a team of three students from a master's degree in administration and a master's degree in digital marketing decide to potentiate a business line basing their sales through an electronic commerce model using the social-commerce tool, driving sales through social networks and web platform. As a target customer, the female population is contemplated in customized models, which can be individually designed in color, type of fabric and measurements from the comfort of home through an interactive digital store; In addition, it seeks to attract other market niches, proposing differentiators that motivate the customer to use pajamas, these lines are children's, men's, the specialized line with weight control garments or compression garments to support the treatment of diseases such as the vorice vein, and even wholesale sales in small pajama stores were proposed as a new strategy, this sales will also be promoted with electronic commerce. Sales will also be promoted with e-commerce. The model is proposed with satellites and work at home, to avoid administrative costs in facilities, with an inclusive social contribution for mothers and fathers heads of families. According to the behavior of the market, the new normality after COVID-19 and the behavior of electronic commerce, it is expected to have a dynamic and innovative team that evolves and responds to the growth of the sector.
