Enriquecimiento orgánico-mineral de residuos lixiviados vegetales

Abstract

The management of leached waste generated by washing and adding water in the middle of the crushing is channeled through third-party entities dedicated to the analysis, collection, classification and final disposal, generating large costs that affect the final profit margin in the production of paper pulp. This process involves several stages of filtration and washing that are carried out in order to remove impurities and large particles that are not desirable. According to what has been described, the project will focus on the use of the by-product, from the treatment of these organic waste, proposing the enrichment of the leachate to have a mineral content and organic content that allows the producer client to classify as organic fertilizer. The mineral enrichment proposal is made with the purpose of making bottom fertilizations by means of the drench system and promoting the rooting of crops such as carnation.
