Teniendo en cuenta los múltiples cambios que han surgido a nivel tecnológico, la evolución del marketing digital y los cambios de orden natural que afectan la operación de empresas de todos los sectores y tamaños, este trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un comparativo entre la efectividad en ventas que pueden tener las acciones tradicionales de mercadeo vs las que pueden tener las de Marketing digital, en un sector que hoy tiene un reto de crecimiento, el sector BPO, Business Process Outsourcing. Para lograrlo se desarrolló una estrategia de Inbound Marketing para un servicio de la empresa Talento Estratégico, que realiza selección y capacitación de profesionales.
