Ruta de innovación y sostenibilidad empresarial: El Oso de Anteojos

Abstract

This document analyzes the reality of the Entrepreneurship “El Oso de Anteojos” through the application of the RISE model -for its acronym in Spanish- (Route of Innovation and Business Sustainability), which holistically assesses all the factors that an organization should worry about in the 21st century. Virtual interviews were carried out with the general director to acquire the necessary information to feed the model matrices and thus identify those factors that should be the focus of the action plan. Among the factors with the lowest rating are: leadership and strategic direction, innovation and technology. Finally, and taking into account the nature of the organization, the recommendations start from the most basic, such as the definition of the strategic position, to more complex strategies, such as brand positioning and digital presence.
