El presente trabajo de grado tuvo por objetivo general crear un plan de negocios de una empresa de base tecnológica que comisiona a través de transacciones, por lo cual se establecieron como objetivos específicos entender la industria Fintech y de entretenimiento, el tamaño de ambos mercados a nivel mundial y en el país, sustentado en estudios de fuentes secundarias; verificar empresas que compitan en el mismo sector que ofrezcan productos similares o sustitutos; iterar la idea y el primer prototipo con mercado objetivo para obtener sus impresiones bajo la modalidad de cocreación, no solo obtener sus apreciaciones sino involucrarlos a que propongan ideas, modificaciones, cambios en pro del proyecto; definir el producto mínimo viable con respecto a la validación del pivoteo hecho junto con los usuarios del mercado objetivo e identificar por simulación financiera la viabilidad del modelo de negocio. La estructura mediante la cual se desarrolló el presente plan de negocios comprende en primer lugar el modelo de negocio y validación, seguido por el análisis del sector y del entorno, así como el estudio piloto de mercado, los aspectos legales, financieros y de sostenibilidad. Se logró concluir que se trata de una industria interesante, con tendencias que soportan la preferencia de planes que ofrezcan servicios y productos de origen de manera personalizada. El estudio financiero demostró la viabilidad financiera del negocio Cash Me Up.

The general objective of this degree project was to create a business plan for a technology-based company that commissions through transactions. Therefore, specific objectives were established to understand the Fintech and entertainment industry, the size of both worldwide and national level markets, based on secondary sources studies; to verify companies that compete in the same sector that offer similar or substitute products; iterate the idea and first prototype with target market to obtain their impressions under the co-creation modality, to not only obtain their appreciations but also involve them to propose ideas, modifications and changes in favor of the project; to define the minimum viable product in regard to the pivoting’s validation, done along with the target market users; and lastly, by financial simulation identify the viability of the business model. The structure through which this business plan was developed includes a business model and validation, followed by a sector and environment analysis, as well as the pilot study of the market, the legal, financial and sustainability aspects. It was concluded that it is an interesting industry, with trends that support the preference of plans that offer personalized services and products of origin. The financial study indicated the financial viability of the Cash Me Up business.
