Abstract

Actualment, l’aigua és un recurs escàs, és important fer un estalvi i no malgastar-lo. El projecte desenvolupat proposa una solució per estalvi i emmagatzematge d’aigua en una casa rural autosuficient. Aquesta casa recull aigua de la teulada i d’una font estacional ubicada a la finca. Durant els últims anys ha sofert una crisi d’aigua per manca de capacitat suficient d’emmagatzematge i insuficient gestió d’aquest recurs. El procés comença des de sota, analitzat la infraestructura en el sistema actual d’emmagatzematge. Segueix decidint els elements necessaris per moure, transportar i emmagatzemar l’aigua. Un cop estudiada la part electromecànica fonamental, es realitza un sistema de control, que consisteix en fer un disseny complet, tinguen en compte els dispositius i sensors necessaris per monitorar l’estat dels dipòsits, la connectivitat entre dispositius i la plataforma de control on es prenen les decisions que actuaran sobre el sistema. Un cop dissenyat, es realitza un model mecatrònic, que consisteix en fer un prototip hiperrealista tenint en compte les parts mecàniques i electròniques. El prototip consta de dos dipòsits que representen una part del sistema real, aquest prototip implementa els components reals que s’utilitzaran en el sistema real. Un cop fabricat i assemblat el prototip, es procedeix a realitzar una sèrie de proves i comprovacions per tal d’esbrinar si el control és correcte i per trobar desviacions o mal comportaments, a part també per comprovar si el sistema és aplicable i funciona correctament o cal ajustar-lo. 3

Currently, water stands as a limited resource, demanding careful usage. The project underway proposes a practical solution for conserving and storing water in a selfsufficient rural home. This house gathers water from its roof and a nearby spring fontain. Unfortunately, it has faced water shortages due to insufficient storage and some mismanagement. The plan begins by examining how water is currently stored. Then, the right tools to move and store water effectively are determined. After understanding the basic technical aspects, a control system is created. This system includes a thoughtful design with devices and sensors to monitor the water tanks and a control platform that makes decisions for the system. Upon completion of the design phase, a mechatronic model is meticulously fabricated, embodying a hyper-realistic prototype that authentically replicates the mechanical and electronic facets of the proposed system. This prototype integrates two tanks, modeling a segment of the authentic system, and integrates the components slated for implementation in the final installation. After creating and putting together the prototype, a bunch of tests has been run. This thorough check, is all about making sure the control system is effective, fixing any problems or issues found, and making sure the whole system works well. 4
