Abstract

L’objectiu d’aquest estudi era el d’establir un protocol de valoració de les demandes tècnic-tàctiques i fisiològiques de les situacions de joc reduïdes en el basquetbol, realitzant una anàlisi teòric-pràctica de les diferents situacions de joc (2c2, 3c3, 4c4 i 5c5). La mostra de l’estudi va ser d’11 subjectes amb una mitjana d’edat de 13,94±0,41 anys, una alçada mitjana de 173,00±10,52 cm i pes mitjà de 63,60±8,50 kg. El programa d’aplicació va constar de la realització de 5 repeticions d’un partit de 3 minuts de les diferents situacions de joc reduït estudiades, obtenint diferents variables tècnic-tàctiques i fisiològiques. Els resultats obtinguts mostren que a nivell fisiològic, les situacions de 2c2 i 4c4, van obtenir uns resultats de demandes superiors a les situacions de 3c3 i 5c5. Les variables estudiades van ser, la càrrega interna de treball, la FC màxima i la FC mitjana. Els resultats obtinguts per l’anàlisi estadística en l’estudi tècnic-tàctic permeten determinar que les situacions de 2c2 i 3c3 es caracteritzen per ser situacions de joc més lliure, en canvi les situacions de 4c4 i 5c5 es caracteritzen per ser situacions de joc més estructurat i combinatiu.

The aim of this study was to establish a protocol for assessing the technical-tactical and physiological demands of the small-sided games in basketball, making a theoretical and practical analysis of the different game situations (2vs2 , 3vs3, 4vs4 and 5vs5). The study sample was of 11 subjects with a mean age of 13.94 ± 0.41 years, an average height of 173.00 ± 10.52 cm and average weight of 63.60 ± 8 50 kg. The application program consisted of performing five repetitions of a match of three minutes of the different game situations studied, obtaining different technical-tactical and physiological variables. Results reveal that talking about physiological demands, the 2vs2 and 4vs4 situations obtained higher results than 3vs3 and 5vs5. The studied variables were the internal training load, maximum Heart Rate and average Heart Rate. The results obtained by statistical analysis on the technical-tactical study permit to determine that the 2vs2 and 3vs3 situations are characterized by free play situations, however 4vs4 and 5vs5 are characterized by a structured and combined situations.
