Verdiskaping gjennom co-creation

Abstract

Sammendrag Tema Denne oppgaven handler om hvordan verdiskaping skjer gjennom den brukerdrevne innovasjonstilnærmingen co-creation når det utføres av et ledende konsulentselskap. Interessen for hvordan åpne innovasjonsprosesser foregår og hva som ligger i praksisen av den ledet meg til å skrive denne oppgaven. Forskningsspørsmålet jeg har utforsket er: Hvordan anvender et ledende konsulentselskap co-creation med sine kunder for å levere økt verdi? Det er to deler som aktualiseres av spørsmålet hvor den første delen søker kunnskap om hva som kjennetegner vellykkede co-creation episoder, mens den andre delen er interessert i å utforske nærmere hvilke verdier konsulentene opplever at de får ut av denne innovasjonsmåten. Studiet er en kvalitativ casestudie hvor det er anvendt en abduktiv tilnærming. Det er totalt utført 7 semistrukturerte intervjuer i selskapet Accenture Interactive og alle intervjuer har blitt transkribert. På grunn av det store omfanget av data fra transkriberingen, er det gjort en begrensning i hva som er relevant å ta med i dataanalysen. Dataene blir først presentert og analysert samtidig som det diskuteres opp mot relevant teori.
