Abstract

Temaet i denne litteraturstudien er barnehagelæreres profesjonelle utvikling og veiledning.Oppgaven tar for seg diskusjon om hvilke former for profesjonell støtte som kan være best egnet for å endre barnehagelæreres praksis, og hvordan vi best kan jobbe som veiledere for å styrke barnehagelæreres arbeid. Oppgaven tar utgangspunkt i teori og forskning om hvordan barnehagelærere utvikler seg i profesjonen. På bakgrunn av dette diskuterer oppgaven hvordan en form for profesjonell utvikling, praksisbasert veiledning, kan hjelpe til med å styrke barnehagelæreres samspillsferdigheter med barn.
