Passiv medvirkning

Abstract

Denne oppgaven redegjør for hvordan passivitet kan lede til et straffbart medvirkningsansvar. Oppgaven fokuserer særlig på passiv medvirkning som en egen kategori og på hvordan denne medvirkningslæren har utviklet seg i norsk rettspraksis. Sentralt i redegjørelsen står ulike varianter av årsakskravet samt tilknytningskravet og medvirkerens handlingsalternativer.
