Arbeidsgivers tilrettelegging for varsling

Abstract

Arbeidsmiljøloven § 3-6 pålegger arbeidsgiver en plikt til å legge til rette for intern varsling om kritikkverdige forhold i virksomheten. Det er tatt utgangspunkt i en tenkt situasjon, hvor en arbeidsgiver skal avklare hva han må eller bør gjøre for å legge til rette for varsling. Det gjøres også rede for hva arbeidsgiver ikke kan gjøre. Avslutningsvis pekes det på svakheter ved bestemmelsen.
