Abstract

Avhandlingen søker å kartlegge hvorvidt en subject to contract-klausul medfører at partene kan unngå bundethet eller ekskludere ansvar for sin atferd under kontraktsforhandlinger ved å ta inn klausulen i en intensjonsavtale regulert av henholdsvis engelsk og norsk rett.
