Abstract

Oppgaven belyser rettssikkerhetsproblematikken ved behandling av dopingsaker i idretten. Det redegjøres for domssystemet i idretten, og anvendelse av ulike rettssikkerhetgarantier. Videre foretas en vurdering av hvorvidt praksisen er forsvarlig, sett i forhold til grunnleggende krav om en rettferdig rettergang. Avslutningsvis reises det ulike diskusjoner av mer prinsipiell og overordnet karakter.
