Abstract

RESUMEN: Son numerosos los procesos industriales que requieren conocer con precisión las magnitudes físicas de las que dichos procesos dependen. Magnitudes físicas tales como la temperatura, la humedad, la radiación, etc. Dada la importancia de conocer estas variables, existe, en la Ingeniería moderna, una rama de conocimiento destinada al desarrollo de sensores que contabilicen las magnitudes físicas. En este Trabajo Fin de Grado se detalla, paso a paso, el diseño y fabricación de un instrumento electrónico funcional, capaz de medir temperatura a través de tres sensores PT100 diferentes. Este instrumento a su vez constará de un microcontrolador que, mediante su correcta programación, mostrará los datos de temperatura en una pantalla LCD y será capaz de enviar las medidas tomadas por puerto serie, empleando el protocolo de comunicaciones UART. ABSTRACT: Many are the industrial processes that require precisely knowing the phisical values on wich processes depend. Physical values such as temperature, humidity, radiation, etc. Given the importance of knowing these variables, there is in modern Engineering a branch of knowledge for the sensors' development that account for physical values. This Final Degree Project attempts to create, step by step, the design and manufacture of a functional electronic device, capable of measuring the temperature level trough three different PT100 sensors. This device will consist of a microcontroller that, through its correct programming, will display the temperature data on a LCD screen and will also be able to send the taken values by serial port, using the UART communications protocol.
