Mindfulness y clima escolar

Abstract

La disciplina Mindfulness tiene orígenes orientales, en las últimas décadas se practica en nuestras sociedades, en diferentes ámbitos: medicina, educación, deporte, arte. Esto ha dado lugar a estudios e investigaciones en las que se han estudiado sus beneficios para el individuo a nivel social, personal y laboral. En esta investigación se toman dos muestras pertenecientes al grupo experimental, en ellas se aplica el Test AVE (sobre violencia y acoso escolar) en la fase pretest y procesamos los datos con el programa SPSS. Observamos que, no hay diferencias significativas entre ambos centros, algo que era de esperar, ya que, se realizan prácticas mindfulness en los dos. A falta de la muestra del grupo control, no podemos ni afirmar ni rechazar las hipótesis que nos hemos planteado, con respecto a los niveles de acoso y clima escolar. Los resultados de la fase pretest serían: tablas cruzadas y su chi-cuadrado no reflejan diferencias significativas en las variables centro y sexo, quedando siempre por encima de (,05), al menos el 50% de los alumnos ha sufrido acoso en algún momento de su escolarización. Las correlaciones del total del test con sus dos dimensiones y sus ocho factores, son significativas o muy significativas, quedando siempre por encima de (,05) con alguna excepción en F8 con F3 (,361). Las tablas T_student y chicuadrado, no muestran diferencias significativas entre ambos centros, con respecto las variables sexo y centro. La presente investigación no ha podido llevarse a cabo según el diseño original, por lo que creemos muy conveniente realizar el experimento en su totalidad en un futuro. Los resultados de esta investigación en su fase pretest, nos sirven para sentar las bases de una Tesis. Abstract: The Mindfulness discipline has oriental origins and in the last decades it has also been practiced in our societies, in different fields: medicine, education, sport, art. This has led to studies and research in which its benefits for the individual have been studied at a social, personal and laboral. In this investigation, two samples belonging to the experimental group are taken. We applied the AVE Test (on violence and bullying) in both centers in the pretest phase and we processed the data with the SPSS program. We observed that there are no significant differences between the two centers, something that was to be expected, since mindfulness practices are carried out in both centers. In the absence of the control group sample, we can neither affirm nor reject the hypotheses that we have proposed. The results of the pretest phase would be: crossed and chi-square tables do not reflect significant differences in the variables center and sex, always being above (, 05), at least 50% of the students have suffered bullying at some point of their schooling. The correlations of the total of the test with its two dimensions and its eight factors are significant or very significant, always being above (, 05) with some exceptions in F8 with F3 (, 361). The T_student and chi-square tables do not show significant differences between the two centers, with respect to the sex and center variables. The present investigation could not be carried out according to the original design, so we believe that it is very convenient to carry out the experiment in its entirety, in the future. The results of this investigation in its pretest phase serve to lay the foundations for a thesis
