RESUMEN: Analizaremos el marco jurídico del derecho a la intimidad tanto en la Unión Europea como en el sistema constitucional español, así como el constante desarrollo de este derecho a causa de las nuevas tecnologías al ser éstas el principal medio por el que hoy en día es vulnerado este derecho. ABSTRACT: We will analyze the legal framework of the right to privacy both in the European Union and in the Spanish constitutional system, as well as the constant development of this right due to new technologies as these are the main means by which this right is violated today.
