RESUMEN: Este trabajo aborda el estudio de los aspectos sustantivos y procesales en lo referente a las cuestiones relativas a las crisis matrimoniales (nulidad, separación y divorcio). Este trabajo está realizado desde una perspectiva positivista del derecho e intenta esclarecer algunas dudas al respecto sobre las crisis matrimoniales en la actualidad. Además del tratamiento sustantivo sobre la materia, este estudio abarca la parte procesal de este tipo de procesos de crisis matrimoniales. ABSTRACT: In this work has carried out the study of the substantive and procedural aspects in relation to issues related to marital crises (nullity, separation and divorce). The work was elaborated since a positivist perspective of the law and tries to clarify some doubts about the current marriage crisis. This work also addresses in addition to the substantive treatment on the subject, the procedural parts of this type of marriage crisis processes.
