Abstract

La robótica colaborativa está revolucionando el ámbito industrial actual para este proyecto se plantea la creación de un espacio de trabajo para el robot colaborativo UR3 que la Universidad de Almería (UAL) posee. Este espacio de trabajo será diseñado con un fin educativo el robot UR3 está catalogado como cobot (collaborative robot) lo que le permite trabajar mano a mano con las personas gracias a esto se puede crear un espacio seguro para que los alumnos y alumnas de la UAL puedan usarlo en un futuro para ampliar sus conocimientos sobre robótica. Además del robot UR3, el espacio de trabajo contará con un sensor de visión inteligente, el Inspector PIM60 el cual permitirá el posicionado, inspección y medición de objetos, sirviendo también para introducir a los estudiantes en el mundo de la visión artificial. Por último, se diseñará y construirá un transportador con un sistema de sensores integrados para la detección de objetos, dando como resultado un espacio de trabajo inteligente con el cual se podrá reproducir la programación de procesos industriales a baja escala y siempre dentro de un ambiente seguro y controlado. Collaborative robotics is revolutionizing the current industrial field for this project the creation of a work space for the UR3 collaborative robot that the University of Almería (UAL) has is proposed. This workspace will be designed for educational purposes the UR3 robot is classified as a Cobot (collaborative robot) which allows it to work hand to hand with people thanks to this a safe space can be created. The students of the UAL can use it in the future to expand their knowledge of robotics. In addition to the UR3 robot, the workspace will have an intelligent vision sensor which will allow the positioning, inspection and measurement of objects, also serving to introduce students to the world of artificial vision. Finally, a conveyor will be designed and built with a system of integrated sensors for the detection of objects, resulting in an intelligent workspace with which the programming of industrial processes can be reproduced on a small scale and always within a safe and controlled environment.
