En este trabajo se estudiará la notoria incidencia de las nuevas tecnologías en el Derecho, concretamente en el proceso civil. Destacando la transformación digital de la justicia, atendiendo a las necesidades que la sociedad necesita, ante la irrupción de herramientas muy útiles en el desarrollo del proceso o en materia probatoria como la Inteligencia Artificial, las vistas telemáticas o la jurimetría. This paper will study the concerning emergence of new technologies in Law, specifically in civil proceedings. It will highlight the digital transformation of justice, in response to the needs that society requires, due to the emergence of very useful tools in the development of the process or in evidentiary matters such as Artificial Intelligence, telematic hearings or jurimetry.
