En el presente trabajo se analiza la competencia de los Juzgados de Violencia sobre la Mujer tanto en el orden penal como en el civil. Para ello se delimitan los supuestos y los requisitos necesarios para determinar su competencia objetiva, funcional, territorial, y por conexión. Asimismo, se ofrecen datos estadísticos sobre estos Juzgados y se abordan reformas de futuro. The present paper analyzes the competence of the Courts of Violence against Women in the criminal order, and where appropriate, in the civil order. For this purpose, the assumptions and requirements necessary to determine its objective, functional, territorial, and connecting competence are defined. It also provides statistical data of these courts and discusses future reforms.
