Abstract

Las personas con Trastorno de Adaptación pueden sufrir un deterioro de su vida académica entre otros muchos aspectos, lo cual dificulta su inserción dentro de un ámbito universitario normativo. En este estudio, vamos a trabajar con una alumna con Trastorno de Adaptación con ansiedad mixta y estado de ánimo deprimido dentro de la Unidad de Atención a la Diversidad Funcional de la Universidad de Almería. Se va a llevar a cabo una investigación teórica sobre qué significa Diversidad funcional y la historia del término, el Trastorno de Adaptación y las Estrategias de aprendizaje. Además, se realizará una evaluación con el cuestionario CEVEAPEU, para observar qué estrategias usa la participante. Más tarde, se hará unas recomendaciones de ejercicios o métodos que puede poner en práctica para mejorar estas estrategias. People with Adjustment Disorder may suffer a deterioration in their academic life, among many other aspects, which makes it difficult for them to enter a normative university environment. In this study, we are going to work with a student with Adjustment Disorder with mixed anxiety and depressed mood within the Functional Diversity Attention Unit of the University of Almería. A theoretical investigation will be carried out on what Functional Diversity means and the history of the term, the Adjustment Disorder and Learning Strategies. In addition, an evaluation will be carried out with the CEVEAPEU questionnaire, to observe what strategies the participant uses. Later, some recommendations of exercises or methods that she can put into practice to improve these strategies will be made.
