Abstract

La investigación se crea con la finalidad de conocer y repensar la acción educativa del educador o educadora social en Asociaciones para el Desarrollo e Inclusión de la Infancia y Juventud en la actual Sociedad Posmoderna. Se reúnen varios factores de gran dimensión e importancia para el campo de la Educación Social, como son el perfil del educador/a social que aún en la actualidad se hace presente un desconocimiento o confusión acerca de su profesión, funciones y acción socioeducativa; la importancia de trabajar con el colectivo de infancia y juventud, siendo éstos los futuros adultos de nuestra sociedad y la percepción de los propios educadores sociales que trabajan en este contexto, ante su profesión y la realidad enmarcada dentro de los valores de la sociedad posmoderna. La investigación a realizar será naturalista interpretativa, con el objeto de sumergirnos en la realidad socioeducativa y en el espacio natural dónde se desarrolla la labor del educador/a social. El método utilizado será el estudio de caso, y los instrumentos de recogida de información que se utilizarán para una mayor calidad y veracidad de los resultados serán las entrevistas semiestructuradas, la observación participante, el análisis de documentos escritos y el reporte fotográfico. Métodos interactivos, obteniendo la información mediante el contacto directo del investigador y las personas que funcionen como sujetos activos en la investigación. This research proposal is created in order to get to know and reconsider the actions of an educational educator or a social educator in associations for the development and integration of childhood and youth in the postmodern society. A variety of factors of big dimensions and importance are gathered for the field of social education, like the social educator’s profile that is still currently presenting a lack of knowledge or confusion towards their profession, functions and socio-educational actions; the importance of work within the collective of childhood and youth, being these the future adults of our society and the perception of the social educators themselves that work in that context, before his/her profession and the reality surrounded by the values of postmodern society. The investigation that will be portrayed will be interpretive naturalist, with the aim of submerging ourselves into the socio-educational reality and in the natural space where the actual work of a social educator takes place. The method used will be the case study, and the instruments for collecting information that will be used for a better quality and veracity of the results will be carried out by using semi structured interviews, the observations of participants and the analysis of written documents. Interactive methods, obtaining the information through the direct contact of the investigator and the people will work as active subjects during the investigation
