El club de lectura en la configuración de identidades lectoras

Abstract

Este estudio tiene como propósito realizar una aproximación a las prácticas dialógicas como estrategias metodológicas eficaces para la educación literaria del alumnado de secundaria. A partir de la selección del club de lectura como modalidad, la investigación incide en la importancia de un enfoque centrado en la lectura como cuestión prioritaria para la formación de ciudadanos críticos en la sociedad actual caracterizada por múltiples cambios sociales, culturales, económicos y tecnológicos. A continuación, se destaca el valor de la dimensión social de la lectura y su función educativa a través de los clubes de lectura como prácticas específicas integradas en el currículo educativo y la importancia de la selección de un canon híbrido en la educación literaria. Por último, se reflexiona sobre la necesidad de una adecuada formación inicial y permanente del profesorado en relación con su competencia lecto-literaria y su hábito lector con el fin de actuar como mediadores de la lectura competentes.
