La discriminación que sufren las personas bisexuales ocurre de manera específica y diferente respecto a otros grupos oprimidos. En el caso de las mujeres bisexuales en concreto, el estigma y el estrés consecuente es más frecuente que el que sufren hombres bisexuales. Esta discriminación se ve afectada por los estereotipos de género, la educación sexual, la heteronormatividad, la invisibilización y la cosificación. Por ello, el objetivo general de este estudio es explorar las microagresiones a las que se enfrentan las mujeres bisexuales en sus vidas para conocer mejor cómo viven su sexualidad. El enfoque utilizado ha sido un diseño cualitativo descriptivo de análisis temático. La información se ha obtenido mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas a 10 mujeres jóvenes bisexuales y españolas. En ellas, se exploraron las siguientes áreas: identificación con la orientación sexual, entorno familiar y social, relaciones íntimas y/o de pareja, educación sexual, percepción de la bifobia en la sociedad y estrategias de afrontamiento. Los datos obtenidos se analizaron posteriormente con ATLAS.TI. Las participantes indican que sufren microagresiones en todos los ámbitos de su vida como, por ejemplo, la hipersexualización, invisibilización, heteronormatividad o bifobia. Para afrontar estas situaciones utilizan estrategias como compartir su malestar, quejarse públicamente o la evitación.Discrimination that is suffered by bisexual people is specific and different from other opressed groups. Bisexual women specifically suffer stigma and the consequent stress more frequently than bisexual man. This discrimination is influenced by gender stereotypes, sexual education, heteronormativity, invisibility and objectification. Thus, the aim of this study is to explore the microaggressions that bisexual women have to deal with in their lives to know better how they live their own sexuality. It has been used a descriptive qualitative design with thematic analysis. Information was collected through semi-structured interviews to 10 young spanish bisexual women. Different themes were explored: identification with sexual orientation, family and social environment, intimate and/or partner relationships, sex education, perception of biphobia in society and coping strategies. Later, data was analyzed by ATLAS.TI. Participants indicate that they suffer microaggressions in all areas of their lives such as hypersexualization, invisibility, heteronormativy or biphobia. They use coping strategies to deal with these situations like sharing their discomfort, public complaining or avoidance.
