Plantas autóctonas con fines ornamentales

Abstract

As each species has its specific edaphic and climatological needs, a selection has been made of the population centers present in Almería whose characteristics are optimal for each of the plants studied, thus making some files that also present a brief description of the plant, its life cycle, a study on germination, potential use in gardening of each species and data on their uses. In addition, various graphs have been presented where you can see, in a general way, the uses in gardening of the species selected for the study, the biotype and the relationship between the natural areas, the studied species and the population centers present in the municipality of Almería. The results obtained from the 20 species sown are presented as a table, with the weight of the seeds, the number of seeds used from each plant, the number of seeds planted in each alveolus and the percentage of germination obtained during the study.
