El comportamiento del consumidor. Influencia de la marca fabricante y la marca de distribuidor

Abstract

Se ha llevado a cabo un estudio sobre las diferencias existentes entre las marcas de Fabricante y las de Distribuidor en el mercado de la alimentación, y como estas influyen en el comportamiento del consumidor. Mayormente centrado en tres categorías de producto: la pizza, el fuet y las galletas digestivas. Realizando en cada categoría una comparativa entre marcas de fabricante y marcas de distribuidor cuyos productos sean elaborados por una misma empresa (Casa Tarradellas vs Hacendado, El Pozo vs Realvalle y Gullón vs Dia). A nivel metodológico, primero se hizo una búsqueda secundaria para saber más acerca del poder de las marcas y las diferencias conceptuales entre distintos tipos de marcas. Seguido de una búsqueda exploratoria con la cuál, a través de la realización de un test ciego de 17 implicados y el análisis de una encuesta de 195 participantes, se consiguieron más conclusiones. Gracias a las conclusiones se cumple el objetivo general de la investigación y se desarrollan las diferencias entre las MdF y MdD comparadas. Además, se recopilaron datos relevantes sobre el comportamiento del consumidor (tanto en el ámbito general como en relación con su lugar de residencia). Así como determinar cómo influyen los atributos del producto en la elección de este. También se estudiaron los distintos segmentos de mercados que se encuentran en el sector de la alimentación.
