At the same time, the education curriculum includes the Physical Education subject that is directly related to movement and physical activity, although unfortunately it is not important enough to develop too many hours per week. The objective of this study is to justify the need to extend the hours of Physical Education in the school curriculum, reviewing and analyzing the positive impact that an increase in physical activity can present in students with ADHD, it is recommended to increase the weekly hours of Physical Education due to the beneficial factors that this subject can bring to all its students.
