Szakdolgozati témaválasztásként a szivárványos pisztráng betegségei azért kerültek szóba, mert Magyarországon a hazai lakosság halfogyasztásában egyre jelentősebbé vált a szivárványos pisztráng. Vizsgálataimat a Szent István Egyetem Állatorvos-tudományi Kar, Kórbonctani és Igazságügyi Állatorvostani Tanszékén végeztem. A vizsgált halak begyűjtése 2011-2012 között, a Tahitótfalu határában a Szentendrei sziget északi csücskében található Csörgő István intenzív pisztrángtelepéről történt. A nem fertőző kórokok közül a mechanikai sérülések és akannibalizmus jelentette a főbb problémát a fizikai kórokok közül, de gyakorta figyeltem meg lég- és zsírembóliát az elhullott halakban. A kémiai kórokok közül vízvizsgálat hiányában nem tudtam egyetlen olyan okot sem megjelölni, ami a gyakran megfigyelt kopoltyúhám proliferáció hátterében állhat. Ennek kiderítése huzamosabb kutatásokat igényel. A virológiai vizsgálat negatív eredménye mellett a baktériumos bántalmak két alapesetét is sikerült kimutatnom: a testfelszíni Cytophagacea fertőzöttséget és a szeptikémiát okozó Gram-negatív baktériumok jelenlétét. Az utóbbi esetben rezisztencia vizsgálatokon alapuló gyógykezeléseket is terveztünk a tulajdonos kérésére. A leggyakoribb kórokokat a paraziták képviselték, mivel mind az egysejtűek, mind a hámférgesség esetei prevalenciában és intenzitásban is elérték a kóros mértéket. Ezen fertőzöttségek és megbetegedése megelőzésére és gyógyítására ún. „telepspecifikus” kezeléseket dolgoztunk ki. A legnagyobb kártétellel mégis a takarmányozás témakörében szembesültünk. Kiderült a boncolásoknál, majd a natív mikroszkópos és kórszövettani vizsgálatokkal, hogy a halak számára biztosított takarmány, a magas ára ellenére, szegényes az L-aszkorbinsav mennyiségében. A takarmányok nem tartalmazzák a C-vitamint, így a pellet alkoholos L-aszkorbinsav permetezéssel való impregnálását javasoltuk a tulajdonosnak. The reason for choosing the diseases of rainbow trout as the content of this diploma work is due to the increasing importance of rainbowtrout in the Hungarian culinary. Experiments were done at the Department of Pathology and Forensic Veterinary Medicine of Faculty of Veterinary Science of Szent István University. Tested items have been collected from the intensive trout farm of István Csörgő located in the north corner of Island Szentendre near the border of village Tahitótfalu between 2011 and 2012. Regarding non-infectious agents, mechanical damages and cannibalism as physical factors mainly occurred, additionally air embolism and fat embolism were also detected frequently in dead fish. Due to the lack of water analysis, it was not possible to identify any chemical factors which could cause the frequently detected proliferation of the epidermis of the gills. More broader experiments are needed in order to find the background of this proliferation. Including the negative results of the virology-study, two types of basic bacteriological pathogens were detected: infection of Cytophagacea on the body-surface and the presence of Gram-negative bacteria causing septicaemia.To cure septicaemia, medical treatments based on resistance-studies were planned also, requested by the holder of the rainbow trout farm. Parasites were the most common pathogens: concentration of both unicellular organism and gyrodactylusare above the pathological level regarding prevalency and intensity. So-called „farm-specific” treatments were developed for prevention and for curing of these infections and these illnesses. The highest damage occurred in connection with feeding. Usingautopsy, native-microscopic and histopathological tests, it has been revealed that fish-fodder has minimal L-ascorbic acid content, despite the fodder’s high price. As these fodders do not contain Vitamin C, impregnation of these pellets by spraying them with alcoholic solution of L-ascorbic acid is highly recommended.
