El nuevo sistema judicial

Abstract

Hoy en d�a es com�n que se siga el desarrollo de casos penales a trav�s de las redes sociales o los medios de comunicaci�n, pero cuando estos exceden su funci�n de informar y empiezan a realizar juicios de valor surgen los llamados juicios paralelos. Un juicio paralelo es aquel conjunto de informaciones que aparecen en los medios sobre un asunto a tratar por el �rgano judicial, generando una valoraci�n social del comportamiento de las personas implicadas (Corte Constitucional, 2019). Ante esto surge el interrogante de si los medios informativos y las redes sociales pueden llegar a vulnerar el derecho a la presunci�n de inocencia del acusado por medio de los juicios medi�ticos. Y aunque esto no se da en todos los casos, los medios de comunicaci�n y las redes sociales s� pueden llegar a vulnerar este derecho.
