Abstract

La presente investigación describe la transformación de las prácticas pedagógicas de los docentes investigadores de Básica Primaria de la Institución Educativa Técnica Agropecuaria Anaurio Manjarrez, del municipio de la Jagua del Pilar La Guajira, la cual parte del proceso reflexivo. Esta investigación surge por la necesidad de mejorar la calidad educativa de la institución, transformando el quehacer docente en cada aula de clase por medio de la reflexión, con el propósito que el estudiante haga visible su pensamiento El enfoque de la propuesta es el cualitativo, con un alcance descriptivo y se desarrolla desde un diseño de investigación acción. La investigación se desarrolla en los siguientes ciclos de reflexión, elegir el problema a investigar, elaboración del plan, la implementación de la transformación de la práctica pedagógica y la reflexión y hallazgos de la investigación.
