The Right one is analyzed Procesal Constitutional, new name with which the old constitutional jurisdiction is known, arisen in Paipa in 1977. The author studies three factors that integrate it: The exactly said, Constitutional Jurisdiction; the Constitutional Process and, the Constitutional Judgeship. Thus same the differences are presented among the “right procesal constitutional”, that corresponds to a branch of the right one procesal, and the “right constitutional procesal”, whose content is found in the environment of the constitutional right.
Se analiza el derecho procesal constitucional, nuevo nombre con el cual se conoce la antigua jurisdicción constitucional, surgido en Paipa en 1977. El autor estudia tres factores que lo integran: la jurisdicción constitucional, propiamente dicha; el proceso constitucional y, la magistratura constitucional. Se presentan asimismo las diferencias entre el “derecho procesal constitucional”, que corresponde a una rama del derecho procesal, y el “derecho constitucional procesal”, cuyo contenido se encuentra en el ámbito del derecho constitucional.
