Identidad personal y trasplante de órganos

Identidad personal y trasplante de órganos

Abstract

Organs transplant obtained via donation, removal or commerce has arisen misgiving among different social circles and individuals involved in the process. This entangled technology breakthrough poses problems of multiple nature: logistic-administrative, cultural and economic, moral and religious which, depending on aggravation or attenuation have a bearing on vital scarce commodities. Article is addressed to identify and examine personal identity regarded as a core conflicting-assessment subject, having in mind moral viewpoints of laymen on biomedical issues, as well as decisions and prevalent behavior in the field of life science and health care practice in Argentine.
