The purpose of the present study consists of locating the original period of the constitutional procedural law, like new scientific discipline. The author leaves from the way in which the diverse disciplines arise from the procedural law and the constitutional law, both like fruit of the German public law of century XIX. Of it analyzes the four stages of conformation of the constitutional procedural law that locates between the years of 1928 and 1956, to the light of the scientific procedural law of the time and the lessons of Kelsen, Couture, AlcalaZamora, Calamandrei, Cappelletti and FixZamudio.
La finalidad del presente estudio consiste en ubicar el periodo fundacional del derecho procesal constitucional como nueva disciplina científica. El autor parte de la manera en que surgen las diversas disciplinas del derecho procesal y del derecho constitucional, ambas como fruto del derecho público alemán del siglo XIX. De ahí analiza las cuatro etapas de conformación del derecho procesal constitucional que ubica entre los años de 1928 y 1956, a la luz del procesalismo científico de la época, y de las enseñanzas de Kelsen, Couture, AlcaláZamora, Calamandrei, Cappelletti y FixZamudio.
