En este trabajo se estudia el conjunto de restos de anfibios y reptiles procedentes de los niveles del Magdaleniense Superior y Final y del Aziliense del yacimiento de Santa Catalina (Vizcaya) y en los que 18 taxones han sido determinados (Salamandra salamandra, cf. Ichthyosaura alpestris, cf. Lissotriton helveticus, Triturus cf. marmoratus, Bufo bufo, B. calamita, Hyla sp., Rana cf. temporaria, Lacerta sp., Chalcides striatus, Anguis fragilis, Natrix cf. natrix, N. cf. maura, Coronella cf. austriaca, C. cf. girondica, cf. Zamenis longissimus, cf. Hierophis viridiflavus y Vipera sp.). La acumulación de restos parece haber sido originada principalmente por carnívoros. El bosque caducifolio fresco y húmedo, y las zonas arenosas y/o de estepa asociadas a condiciones climáticas ligeramente más rigurosas que las actuales, predominan durante el Magdaleniense Superior
