Abstract

A lo largo de esta tesis se analiza la posibilidad de fabricar componentes del tipo Integrated Blade Rotor(IBRs) o rotores de turbina monolíticos mediante su mecanizado super abrasivo mediante muelas decBN electrodepositado.Se realiza para ello un análisis sistemático de los resultados de distintas variables de proceso, como lasfuerzas de corte resultantes, energías específicas y rugosidades superficiales obtenidas y su relación conparámetros de proceso como la velocidad de corte, el avance o las características de la muela en cuantoa tamaño de grano y densidad.
