Abstract

Lan honen helburua “Cikautxo” enpresan “Analisis Modal de Fallos y efectos” (AMFE) errealizazioa hobetzea da, “Visual Factory Quality” (VFQ) programa ezarriz. AMFEa kalitatea bermatzeko tresna izanik, prozesu batean gerta daitezkeen akats posibleak aurreikusten laguntzen ditu. AMFEak, diziplina anitzeko ikuspegiarekin diseinatutako prozesuaren analisian eta sailen esperientzian oinarrituta jorratzen dira. Akats modu horiek identifikatu ondoren, hiru irizpideren arabera baloratzen dira, larritasuna, gertakizuna eta detekzioa. Lortutako emaitzen arabera, akzio zuzentzaileak ezarri beharko dira akats modu horiek saihesteko edo murrizteko helburuarekin, edota hori lortu ezean, gutxienez detektatzeko. VFQ programak, pieza familia bakoitzaren AMFE “enborra” egitea ahalbidetzen du. Ondoren, pieza bakoitzak bere AMFE pertsonalizatua izango du, berari dagozkion parametro eta zehaztapen zehatzen balioekin, baina beti ere, AMFE enborretik jaiota. Horrela, enbor beretik abiatzeak, ondorengo onurak lortzea ziurtatzen du: AMFEen irizpideak estandarizatzea, AMFE enborretan jasota dauden “Lesson learned” deritzonak kontuan izatea eta baliabideak optimizatzea. Izan ere, proiektu berri bat egiteko orduan, honen AMFEa burutzea, egokitzapenean soilik oinarritzen da, balio espezifikoak baino ez bait dira aldatu behar. Era berean, programak Sinoptiko edo “Flow Chart”-arekin eta Kontrol Planarekin lotura mantentzen du, beraz, dokumentuetako batean egindako edozein aldaketa zuzenean besteetan ezartzen da, dokumentazio guztiaren arteko koherentzia eta eguneratzea lortuz.
