Ambiente interior en vivienda social: percepción del confort y diversidad de comportamientos

Abstract

Investigaciones previas han demostrado que pueden existir diferencias en las preferencias, hábitos y usos en edificios con características similares, lo cual puede influir en el comportamiento energético y ambiental de los edificios, su eficiencia energética y el bienestar de las personas residentes. En ese contexto, el objetivo del estudio es evidenciar y caracterizar la diversidad de comportamientos y percepciones relativas al ambiente interior de la vivienda, aplicado al ámbito de las viviendas sociales de la Comunidad Autónoma de Euskadi. En contraposición a la homogeneidad actual, se propone analizar e incluir esa diversidad en la gestión del parque y en el diseño de edificios y actuaciones de rehabilitación. Esto implica tener en cuenta las especificidades de cada contexto social y cultural, así como las necesidades individuales de los hogares, especialmente cuando el objetivo no es sólo garantizar la adecuada habitabilidad de la vivienda, sino asegurar también el bienestar de las personas. La investigación aporta una primera aproximación para definir pautas para la mejora de la salud basadas en la percepción y necesidades reales, y mejorar la eficiencia energética de los edificios teniendo en cuenta los comportamientos reales de las personas usuarias. Todo ello mediante metodologías automatizables para la gestión avanzada del parque de vivienda público.
