Abstract

Lan honetan perovskita-siliziozko tandem zeluletarako siliziozko egitura fabrikatu eta karakterizatu da. Eguzki-zelula hauek potentzial handia erakutsi dute laborategi-inguruneetan, baina muga nabarmenak dituzte industria munduan. EHUko Teknologia Mikroelektronikoaren Institutuko laborategiko gela zurian lan egin da. Hurrengo fabrikazio-prozesuak aztertu dira: ezpurutasunak ezabatzeko olaten garbiketa, oxidazioa optimizatzeko kalkuluak burutu dira olataren propietate elektrikoak hobetzeko, eta laser bidez isolatu eta ebakitzeko teknika aurreratuak erabili dira, olaten osotasuna eta propietate elektrikoak bermatzeko. Fotolitografia ere erabili da egitura finak definitzeko, industria munduan gutxi erabiltzen den prozesua izanik. BCM eta Teknikerrek ere parte hartu dute fabrikazio prozesuan, BCMk perovskita geruza gehituz eta Teknikerrek ITO geruza. Urrats horietako bakoitza funtsezkoa da eguzki-zelulen kalitatea eta efizientzia bermatzeko. Fabrikazio-prozesuez gain, olaten karakterizazio sakona egin da parametro kritikoak ebaluatzeko, hala nola serieko erresistentzia, lau puntako neurketen bidez; karga-eramaileen bizitza erabilgarria, fotokonduktantzia teknikaren bidez; eta geruzen uniformetasuna, elipsometroaren eta mikroskopioaren bidez neurtu da. Analisi horiek datu zehatzak ematen dituzte olaten efizientziari eragiten dieten mekanismoak hobeto ulertzeko eta diseinuan eta fabrikazioan etorkizunean hobekuntzak egiteko.
