[ES] El objetivo de este artículo es presentar las ventajas que ofrecen las metodologías activas de enseñanza frente a las tradicionales. En concreto, se plantea una experiencia de aprendizaje activo en la que los estudiantes proponen nuevas ideas de negocio cuyo desarrollo les permitirá adquirir las habilidades necesarias en la toma de decisiones de marketing. Los resultados derivados de la experiencia reflejan que el aprendizaje activo fomenta el logro de competencias clave para el alumnado universitario y ponen de manifiesto la necesidad de extender el empleo de nuevas técnicas de enseñanza en el ámbito de la educación superior.
[EN] The objective of this paper is to show the advantages of active tea-ching methodologies. In particular, we describe an active learning expe-rience where students propose new business ideas. The development ofthese ideas will enable them to acquire the necessary skills for marketing decision making. The results drawn from the experience show that activelearning promotes the achievement of key competencies for universitystudents and highlight the need to extend the use of new teaching techni-ques in the sphere of higher education.
