[ES] Las sociedades de capital siempre han tenido una especial relevancia, pero en la actualidad esta importancia es cada vez más creciente. Uno de los puntos clave de las sociedades son sus administradores y tras la crisis de 2008 su actividad, y sobre todo su remuneración están en el punto de mira. Es por eso por lo que se ha elegido este tema como objeto del presente trabajo de fin de grado. En el se va a analizar el régimen jurídico que regula el sistema de remuneración de los administradores, analizando la evolución que ha sufrido, la manera en que se ha tratado de proporcionar mayor transparencia a la remuneración y protección a los socios y los diferentes conceptos retributivos que pueden formar este sistema.
[EN] Corporations have always had a special relevance, but nowadays this importance is growing. One of the key points of the companies are their administrators and after the 2008 crisis their activity, and above all their remuneration, are in the spotlight. This is the reason why this topic has been chosen as the subject of this thesis. It will analyse the legal regime that regulates the remuneration system of the administrators, analysing the evolution it has undergone, the way in which it has been tried to provide greater transparency to the remuneration and protection to the partners and the different remuneration concepts that can form this system.
