Abstract

EUSKERA Proiektu honetan, emisio akustikoko sentsoreetan oinarritutako teknologiaren garapena planteatzen da, artezketa arloan interesgarria den kontaktu detekzioa optimizatzeko asmoz. Seinale akustikoen tratamenduan sakontzeko, hauek aztertzeko eta hauen irakurketa zuzena bermatzen duten iragazpen parametroak zehazteko, algoritmo bat garatu da Matlab-en. Diamantaketa zein artezketa saiakuntza esperimentalak burutu dira, aitzinapen abiadura baxuak mantenduz eta biraketa abiadura ezberdinak iraganaldi sakonera murriztuekin konbinatuz seinalearen aldakuntza karakterizatu nahian.

INGELESA This project proposes the development of technology base don acoustic emission sensors to optimize the detection of the contact gap in grinding. The treatment of the acoustic signals has been deepened by developing an algorithm in Matlab to analyze them and determine the idea filtering parameters for a correct reading. Experimental tests have been carried out, both diamond dressing and grinding, maintaining low feed rates and combining different rotational speeds with reduces pass depths to characterize the variation of the emitted signal.
