En un mercado en el que la sostenibilidad adquiere cada vez mayor relevancia, el uso de la madera toma un papel protagonista. El uso de la madera como material estructural se ha expandido de países escandinavos y orientales a mercados hasta ahora más reacios a su uso, como los países de la zona del Mediterráneo; y de usos en los que los requisitos estructurales no son tan exigentes, como las viviendas unifamiliares, a edificios de varias plantas y de uso público. En este trabajo se ha realizado el cálculo estructural de un edificio de carácter polideportivo construido sobre rasante íntegramente con elementos estructurales compuestos por madera, mediante el software modular de Dlubal Software. Para ello, se ha diseñado la estructura del edificio desde cero, condicionada por la máxima de que cualquier elemento sobre rasante debe ser de madera. Se le han aplicado las cargas definidas por el reglamento y se ha realizado el cálculo estructural de forma iterativa, optimizando en cada iteración la estructura calculada en la iteración anterior, y obteniendo al final una estructura perfectamente resistente a las exigencias solicitadas a un edificio de sus características.
In a market in which sustainability acquires an increasing relevance, the use of timber has a major spot. The use of timber as a structural material has expanded from scandinavian and oriental countries to countries that were more reluctant to its use up until now, as the mediterranean ones; and from structural uses that were not as demanding, such as single family homes, to multiple story buildings and of public usage. Thus, in this work, a structural calculus of a sports-center-charasteristics building was conducted, in which all the elements above ground were made out of timber, using Dlubal Softwares modular software. To perform this, the structure of the building was designed from scratch, conditioned by the maxim that any element above ground must me made out of timber. The leads defined by de regulation were applied, and a iterative structural calculus was conducted, optimizing the structure in each iteration based on the structure calculated in the prior iteration, and obtaining in the end a structure perfectly resistant to the requirements of a building of its characteristics.

Horretarako, eraikuntzaren egitura zerotik diseinatu da, lur-arrase gainetik dagoen elementu oro egurrezkoa izan beharko delaren arauak baldintzatuta. Araudiak definitutako kargak aplikatu zaizkio eta egituraren kalkuloa egin da iteratiboki, iterazio bakoitzean aurreko iterazioan kalkulatutako egitura optimizatuz, eta amaieran bere izaera duen eraikuntzari dagozkion eskakizunak ezin hobeki betetzen dituen eraikuntza bat lortuz.
