Abstract

Este proyecto se basa principalmente en la inspección de la temperatura de los rodamientos que hay en las bandas transportadoras de las minas, encargadas de transportar el material extraído en el interior de la mina al exterior. Es por ello por lo que mediante este proyecto se va a diseñar un prototipo encargado de realizar tal función, que constará de una serie de elementos necesarios para analizar los tramos subterráneos de la mina, que estarán protegidos por una caja exterior que se acoplará a un sistema de guiado lineal. Esta caja incluirá todo lo necesario para poder producir dicho movimiento, así como las cámaras termográficas que captarán las temperaturas de los rodamientos. Estos resultados se monitorizarán, de tal manera que un encargado de la mina pueda controlar todo el mapa térmico de la instalación. Además, este trabajo se ha realizado en colaboración con una empresa de drones, que se encargará de monitorizar las temperaturas de los tramos que estén al aire libre.

This project is mainly based on the inspection of the temperature of the bearings that are in the conveyor belts of the mines, in charge of transporting the material extracted from the interior of the mine to the outside. That is why through this project a prototype will be designed to carry out this function, which will consist of a series of elements necessary to analyze the underground sections of the mine, which will be protected by an outer box that will be coupled to a linear guidance system. This box will include everything that is needed to be able to produce this movement, as well as the thermal imaging cameras that will capture the temperatures of the bearings. These results will be III monitored so that a mine worker can control the entire heat map of the facility. Furthermore, this assignment has been carried out in collaboration with a drone company, which will be in charge of monitoring the temperatures of the sections that are outdoors.

Proiektu hau batez ere meategietako zinta garraiatzaileetan dauden errodamenduen temperatura ikuskatzean oinarritzen da. Zinta hauek meategian ateratako materiala kanpora garraiatzeaz arduratzen dira. Horregatik, proiektu honen bidez prototipo bat diseinatuko da funtzio hau betetzeaz arduratuko dena. Prototipo hau meategiaren lurpeko atalak aztertzeko beharrezkoak diren zenbait elementuz osatuta egongo da, eta hauek gidatze sistema lineal batekin lotuko den kanpoko kutxa batez babestuko dira. Kutxa honetan aipatutako mugimendua sortu ahal izateko beharrezko guztia sartuko da, baita errodamenduen tenperaturak jasoko dituzten irudi termikoko kamerak ere. Emaitza horiek monitorizatuko dira, meategietako langile batek instalazioaren bero mapa osoa kontrolatu ahal izateko. Gainera, lan hau drone konpainia batekin lankidetzan burutu da, bera arduratuko baita kanpoaldean dauden sekzioetako tenperaturak kontrolatzeaz.
