Abstract

As a first step, a literature review has been performed regarding concepts of inclusion and fighting sports for enabling the reader to understand the scheme of the study. A Taekwondo-based planning has been designed for people suffering Down syndrome, from which the major benefits provided by this particular sport have been analysed not only in a sportive scope, but also in a social scheme.
