[ES] El rendimiento del bombero puede repercutir de manera directa en salvar vidas humanas y bienes. El aspecto físico ha sido el condicionante más representativo a la hora de investigar esta materia, pero hay otros factores que pueden influir en la misma y hay que tener en cuenta. El objetivo de este trabajo es ampliar la visión del rendimiento en los bomberos mediante una revisión integrativa de esta. Este podrá depender de muchos factores específicos de esta profesión, así como las aptitudes físicas, el estrés fisiológico, la psicología, la lesionabilidad, la salud y los factores técnico-tácticos. Este punto de vista puede ayudar a entender más profundamente las variables a tener en cuenta a la hora de actuar y prepararse de forma más específica para la misma. Del mismo modo, muestra aspectos críticos que tienen interferencia directa con el rendimiento del mismo y que habrá de tenerse en cuenta a la hora de organizar una prevención más detallada en esta profesión.

[EN] Firefighter´s performance has a direct impact on saving human lives and property. The physical aspect has been the most representative determining factors when investigating this matter, but there are other parameters that could influence it and must be taken into account. The main aim of this work is to broaden the vision of the firefighter performance through a job-specific integrative review. This may depend on many factors specific to this profession, as well as physical aptitudes, physiological stress, psychology, lesionability, health and technical-tactical factors. This point of view can help to understand more deeply the variables to take into account when acting and prepare more specifically for it. In the same way, it shows critical aspects that have direct interference with its performance that must be taken into account when organizing more detailed prevention in this profession.

[EUS] Suhiltzaileen errendimenduak eragin zuzena izan dezake giza-bizitza eta hondasunak salbatzen. Alderdi fisikoa izan da mugatzaile adierazgarriena materia hau aztertzerako orduan, baina, badaude honetan eragina duten eta kotuan izan behar diren beste faktore batzuk. Lan hobeb helburua errebisio integratzaile baten bidez suhiltzaileen errendimenduaren ikuspegia zabaltzea da.
