Karbono zuntzezko material konposatuen pirolisi bidezko birziklapena

Abstract

Doktorego tesi honen helburua izaera edota jatorri desberdineko karbono-zuntzezko material konposatu (CFRP, ingelesez) hondakinen pirolisi bidezko birziklapen metodo orokorra ezartzea da: (1) karbono-zuntz berrerabilgarriak berreskuratu eta beraiekin material konposatu berriak ekoizteko eta (2) pirolisi-lurrunetatik abiatuz balio erantsi handiko produktuak lortzeko. Azken hau, lehen aldiz ikertu da doktorego tesi honetan, orain arte aztertutako eta garatutako birziklapen-prozesu guztiak matrize polimerikoaren deskonposaketatik eratorritako lurrunak erretzera mugatu baitira. Lau atal nagusitan bereizi daiteke tesi hau:- Pirolisi eta pirolisi-lurrunen tratamendu termo-katalitikorako lan baldintzen lehen ikasketa fasea.- CFRP laginen birziklapen prozesuaren optimizazioa.- Pirolisi-solidoen egokitzapena eta karakterizazioa.- CFRP onduak birziklatzeko prozesuaren moldagarritasunaren ebaluazioa eta berreskuratutako karbono-zuntzekin material konposatu berriak ekoizteko aukeraren egiaztapena.
