Partikula finen tratamendurako iturri bilgailudun ohantze konikoen hidrodinamika

Abstract

Doktorego tesi honen bidez iturri ohantze teknologiaren ezagutzan sakondu nahi izan da, batez ere iturri ohantze konikoaren eskala handitzearen prozesuan. Horretarako, ikerketa taldean garatu eta proposaturiko iturri bilgailua (iturria biltzen duen gailua) erabili da partikula finen operazio egonkorra lortu eta azterketa hidrodinamikoa burutzeko. Modu honetan, konfigurazio ezberdinen kurba eta parametro karakteristiko berriak aztertu dira. Azken hauen artean iturkuntza abiadura minimoa, erabateko iturkuntza abiadura, burbuilazko iturkuntza abiadura eta iturri-jariorako abiadura minimoa bereiz daitezke. Horretaz gain, parametro karakteristikoei buruzko analisi estatistikoa egin da eta faktore esanguratsuenen eragina aztertu da. Ondoren, kurba karakteristikoetatik lorturiko emaitzetatik abiatuz, iturkuntza abiadura minimoa aurresateko korrelazio enpirikoak lortu dira konfigurazio bakoitzerako. Bukatzeko, operazio egonkorrerako mugak definitu eta aztertu dira konfigurazio bakoitzerako.Bestalde, abiadura handiko kamera bat erabiliz iturri ohantzearen gune guztietako solidoen abiadura puntuala neurtu da. Horretarako, gune dentso zein diluituetarako kode ezberdinak eraiki eta hauen errorea neurtu da. Ostean, konfigurazio ezberdinetarako solidoen abiaduraren profil erradialak zein axialak neurtu dira, eta datu hauen bidez iturgune/eraztungune zein iturriko nukleo/periferia interfasea mugatu da. Aipaturiko guztia gasaren abiadura eta solidoaren propietate (dentsitatea eta tamaina) ezberdinetarako burutu da.
