Abstract

Poliuretano/Grafeno (PUR/Grafeno) nanokonpositeak prestatu eta beraien propietate biskoelastikoak aztertu ditugu, helburu hauek lortzeko asmoz: a) Polimero-grafeno sare mistoaren osaketa aztertzea, perkolazioaren atalasea erabakitzeko b) Grafeno nanokargek poliuretanoaren kristalizazioan eduki dezaketen eragina ikertzea d) PURa hot melt itsasgarria (itsasgarri fusionagarria) dela kontsideratuz, grafenoak lekarkeen hobekuntza aztertzea. Perkolazioaren azterketaren emaitzak PUR/Karbonozko nanotutu (KNT) nanokonpositearen datuekin alderatu ditugu. Emaitzek erakusten dutenez, PUR/Grafeno nanokonpositeek ez dute perkolaziorik ematen, nahiz eta grafeno kontzentrazioa %8ra igo. Aldiz, PUR/KNT nanokonpositeetan nanokarga/polimero interakzioak erraz nabaritzen dira eta perkolazioaren ataría % 2 KNT kontzentrazioan finkatzen da. Ordea, grafenoak ondorio nabannenak dakartza PURaren kristalizazioan; izan ere, kristalizazio prozesua anitz azkartzen da grafenoaren presentziarekin. Emaitza hau onuragarria da, alegia kristalizazio prozesua gero eta arinagoa den neurrian, itsasgarriaren solidotze prozesua bada; beraz, behin-betiko adhesioa motzagoa izango baita. Kristalizazio prozesuan lortutako modulu elastikoaren datuak Avramiren ekuazioan oinarritutako eredu hatera doitu ditugu. Era honetan kristalizazioaren morfologiari buruz zenbait ondorio atera ahal izan dira, Avramiren ereduaren n parametroaren azterketaren bidez.
