Relatos hagiográficos sobre algunos obispos de la España medieval en traducción: Ildefonso y Julián de Toledo (BHL 3917 y 4554), Isidoro de Sevilla (BHL 4488) y Froilán de León (BHL 3180)

Abstract

Se ofrecen en este artículo las traducciones de cinco textos hagiográficos latinos de la España medieval: la versión larga del Elogium b. Ildephonsi (BHL 3917) de Julián de Toledo (s. vii) y una Vita s. Ildefonsi (BHL –) de autor desconocido (s. xii), la Vita s. Iuliani (BHL 4554) de Félix de Toledo (s. vii), la Vita Froilanis ep. Legionensis (BHL 3180) (s. x) y la Translatio s. Isidori Legionem an. 1063 (BHL 4488) (s. xi). Ninguno de estos textos había sido traducido hasta ahora. Además, se señalan por primera vez nuevos manuscritos que contienen tres de los textos traducidos (BHL 3180, 4488 y la Vita s. Ildefonsi sin número de BHL).
