Abstract

Instalación de Climatización para un edificio de 63 Viviendas de Protección Oficial, construido en altura. La instalación consta de un sistema de ventilación mecánico con control mediante sonda de CO2 (en función de la ocupación de cada una de las viviendas), sistema central de producción de energía para la Calefacción y ACS, con precalentamiento del ACS mediante captadores solares térmicos, con contadores para el reparto de costes de cada uno de los usuarios.

Climate instalation for a building of 63 Official Protection Homes, built in height. The installation consists of a mechanical ventilation system with control by CO2 (depending on the occupancy of each of the houses), central power production system for heating and Hot Water, with preheating of the Hot Water by solar thermal panel, with counters for the cost-sharing of each of the users.

Babes Ofizialeko 63 Etxebizitzako klimatizazioko instalazioa, altueran eraikia. Instalazioa aireztapen mekanikoko sistema bat da, CO2 zundaren kontrolarekin (etxebizitza bakoitzaren okupazioaren arabera), berogailu eta Ur Beroa energia ekoizteko sistema zentrala, Ur Beroa berotzea eguzki kolektore termikoen bidez, erabiltzaile bakoitzaren kostuak banatzeko kontagailuak.
